Jerry To
Researcher
Jerry joined Ironbridge Legal in 2022 as a researcher. He is passionate about justice and achieving results which are in the best interests of the client. Jerry has an exceptional legal-mind, and has a particular interest in commercial and corporations law.
Before coming to Ironbridge Legal, Jerry worked in the legal arm of a Big 4 accounting firm, assisting in complex matters involving conflict of laws, securities law and data protection law. He has experience in drafting client advices, undertaking legal research on obscure points of law and preparing contractual addendums to ensure regulatory compliance in a changing international regulatory landscape. Jerry also has been published in a peer-reviewed legal journal (the Commercial Law Quarterly) and continues to assist various professors with legal research for leading legal textbooks.
Aside from his work at Ironbridge Legal, Jerry is reading for a double degree (Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) and Bachelor of Laws) at the University of Sydney. He has written articles for the official Sydney University Law Society blog, and is currently an Editor of the International Students Guide.
