Matthew Gadd

Matt is the Business Development & Marketing Manager for Ironbridge Legal. Prior to joining Ironbridge Legal, Matt has spent over two years in a leading boutique digital marketing agency in Sydney, honing his craft. During this time, Matt worked on a range of digital campaigns for SME and large-scale businesses across a host of industries including construction, SAAS, finance and law. Matt then went on to work in-house in the marketing department of a prominent Sydney-based alternate law firm. Here he was able to draw upon the knowledge gained through his current legal tertiary studies and digital marketing expertise to produce tangible results for the firm. 

Since joining Ironbridge Legal in August 2024, Matt has spearheaded the firm’s business development and marketing efforts to grow Ironbridge Legal’s market presence both in Australian and overseas markets. Matt works closely with the Partner of Ironbridge Legal, Trevor Withane, and Practice Manager of Ironbridge Legal, Phoebe Long, to deliver results-orientated business development and marketing solutions. His commendable work ethic, highly sophisticated soft skills, business development and marketing expertise as well as his current legal tertiary studies, enable him to excel in the role. 

In his spare time, Matt enjoys watching a wide range of sports and is an outdoor enthusiast. Most notably, Matt enjoys skiing and mountain biking. Currently, Matt is also learning to speak Italian, which reflects his commitment to personal growth and development.
