Olive is a home-grown Ironbridge Legal lawyer. She joined the firm as a Legal Research Assistant and, following her admission, progressed to the role of Associate. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and is presently completing a Master of Intellectual Property, reflecting her interest in insolvency, corporate law and the commercialisation of intellectual property.

Olive’s developing practice focuses on insolvency and corporate disputes, with a particular interest in how restructuring, enforcement and intellectual property issues intersect in complex corporate structures. She is a meticulous legal researcher and writer, and plays a key role in preparing precise, well-structured advice, court documents and thought leadership pieces for the firm’s senior lawyers.

Within Ironbridge Legal, Olive is valued for her practical, client-focused approach, her attention to detail and the speed with which she can distil large volumes of material into clear, reliable analysis. Working closely with the firm’s partners, she helps deliver considered, commercially attuned advice to directors, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders facing high-stakes disputes and restructuring scenarios.
