Vivian joined Ironbridge Legal in 2023 as a graduate-at-law. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she is committed to assisting both Australian and Chinese businesses, directors, and shareholders to navigate legal issues to find effective solutions. Vivian assists clients in relation to transactional work, disputes, insolvency and restructuring.
Before joining Ironbridge Legal, Vivian worked in one of the Magic Circle Law Firms and one of the biggest law firms in Shanghai, assisting in complex matters involving cross-border mergers and other transactions. She has experience in undertaking legal research and drafting client advices to ensure legal compliance in the changing international regulatory environment.
Aside from her work at Ironbridge Legal, Vivian is reading for a Masters of Law degree at the University of Sydney.
Vivian is expected to be admitted as a solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court in late 2023
