Ana Di Donato

Ana is a Practice Management Systems Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, covering personal injury law, legal operations, training and consulting in legal technology. Beginning her career as a Law Clerk in Melbourne, Ana developed a strong foundation in matter management, compliance, and the practical challenges legal teams navigate on a daily basis.  This practical foundation later shaped her transition into legal technology, training and consultancy.

Before joining Ironbridge, Ana worked as a consultant specialising in implementing and optimising practice management and document management systems. She worked with law firms across Australia and New Zealand designing and developing tailored workflows, enhancing induction, and training programs, and supporting them through significant operational and procedural changes.  Ana’s strength lies in her ability to bridge the gap between legal practice and technology – translating technical requirements into clear, accessible processes that are easy for legal teams to adopt.
