Ironbridge Legal appoints Head of Marketing and Growth as part of it’s continued expansion and growth

Ironbridge Legal has appointed Hyugo Hayashi as Head of Marketing and Growth, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in brand, capability and strategic growth across its premium boutique practice. 

Hyugo joins Ironbridge with more than 12 years’ experience leading marketing in the professional services sector, and has worked with global brands such as Allianz, CBRE, Jones Lang Lassalle (JLL) and Telstra. His appointment comes as Ironbridge Legal’s team continues to grow and its presence in global markets expands. 

Trevor Withane, Founder & Managing Partner at Ironbridge Legal, said the appointment marks an important step in the firm’s next phase of growth.

In his new role, Hyugo will lead Ironbridge’s marketing, growth and business development strategy, including brand positioning, digital platforms, content and thought leadership, client engagement initiatives and data-driven growth programs.
