As the Business Manager, Lenore leads Ironbridge Legal’s strategic operations, business processes, human resources, compliance, governance and financial operations.

She is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in leadership, risk and compliance and professional advisory services. Before joining Ironbridge Legal she has worked in a Big 4 Chartered accounting firm, not-for profit organisations and the private school sector.

Lenore brings together leadership, systems and strategic thinking and details orientation to ensure the seamless organisation of our professional practice.  She ensures that internal processes operate smoothly and efficiently, so our clients experience elite standards of professional practice in every interaction.
