Pooja Bharadwaj

Pooja is a Graduate at Law who is currently on the path to be admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from one of India’s leading law schools / universities and recently graduated with Distinction in her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Sydney.

Prior to joining Ironbridge Legal, she worked as an associate at one of India’s tier-1 law firms where she has advised on cross-border merger and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate advisory matters. Her work spanned legal due diligence, transaction structuring and regulatory compliance, giving her a strong grounding in both advisory and transactional practice.

She also brings close to half a decade of internship experience at reputed Indian law firms, together with a pragmatic and detail-driven approach to achieving effective outcomes.
