Ruth Medina

Ruth Medina is an experienced executive support and operations professional with more than 17 years of international experience across the Philippines, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia. Her career spans professional services, construction and engineering, real estate development, financial technology, accounting, and information management, where she has supported senior executives, directors, and C-suite leaders in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.

Before joining Ironbridge Legal, Ruth supported an Australian private wealth management firm as an Executive Assistant, working closely with senior leadership across client onboarding, executive operations, business administration, CRM management, and stakeholder coordination. She has also held key executive support and operations roles with globally recognised organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Visa, Mace Group and Jacobs JV, Aldar Properties, and Aconex.

As Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, Ruth plays an integral role in supporting executive operations within a high-performing legal environment. She is known for her professionalism, discretion, empathetic approach, operational efficiency, stakeholder management, document control, and ability to anticipate business needs. Ruth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Batangas State University and has undertaken postgraduate studies in Environmental Management.
